Charles Barron announces for Congress

Councilman Charles Barron announced his run for Congress before a sizable crowd in East New York this afternoon. At the moment, it looks to be a spirited three-way race against the incumbent Ed Towns and Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries.
Barron begins and closes with his theme song, and says some controversial things in the middle, so enjoy:
