I belong to the gym around the corner from my apartment. I go to this gym because is the closest one to my apartment, therefore removing even the possibility I could avoid going by saying it’s too cold/snowing/dangerous to get there. Who didn’t read today’s New York Times story about the guy living in the 1,200 square foot apartment in the West Village, and paying under $400 for it?
